Risk Assessments

The Risk Assessments endpoint allows users to create and modify risk assessments for various resources, such as:

1. plots

2. suppliers

These assessments help track progress within the risk assessment workflow. Any user within an organization can update the status of an assessed entity and leave a note. All status changes are recorded in the risk assessment history for that entity.
