# Getting Started

This page explains the basics of creating an account with TradeAware and accessing your API details. If at any time you have challenges or questions when using TradeAware, you can [contact support](https://docs.live-eo.com/tradeaware/additional-resources/contact-support).

## Sign Up <a href="#gettingstarted-signup" id="gettingstarted-signup"></a>

You can access the TradeAware application at <https://tradeaware.live-eo.com/>

From here select “Sign Up”. You then have the option to either create an account with email and password or use Google or Microsoft social sign on options.

You will be asked to accept the Terms of Use which you can access at any time [here](https://www.live-eo.com/terms-of-use-tradeaware).

### Confirm your email

If you use email and password, you will be asked to confirm your email. If you use SSO, you can skip to the [#gettingstarted-onboarding](#gettingstarted-onboarding "mention")section of this page.

To confirm, simply check your email for the confirmation email from <support@live-eo.com>. **Note: if you can't find the email, please check your spam folder.** Then select confirm email address.

This will take you to a page confirming your email has been verified. From here you can login to the system.

## Onboarding <a href="#gettingstarted-onboarding" id="gettingstarted-onboarding"></a>

After you join the system, you will start the onboarding flow.

You will be brought to the onboarding modal where you can enter your account details.

## TradeAware Home Page <a href="#gettingstarted-tradeawarehomepage" id="gettingstarted-tradeawarehomepage"></a>

After completing sign up you will navigate to the TradeAware home page.

## Manage Account <a href="#gettingstarted-manageaccount" id="gettingstarted-manageaccount"></a>

You can access your account information by selecting the icon at top right of the screen and selecting “Manage account”.

This shows your personal and business details and has options to edit your profile, access developer tools and add team members.

## Log Out and Subsequent Login <a href="#gettingstarted-logoutandsubsequentlogin" id="gettingstarted-logoutandsubsequentlogin"></a>

You can log out of your account by selecting the icon at the top right of the screen and selecting “logout”.

This will take you back to the login page.

You can then login with your originally selected method of login.

## Reset Password <a href="#gettingstarted-logoutandsubsequentlogin" id="gettingstarted-logoutandsubsequentlogin"></a>

1. Visit the Login page <https://tradeaware.live-eo.com/> and select the **Forgot Password** option.
2. Provide the email address associated with your account.
3. You will receive an email from **<noreply@live-eo.com>** with a link to reset your password. Note: If you don't see the email, please check your spam folder.
4. Follow the instructions, and set a new password.
